1. Rental requirements
The renter must be at least 25 years old, hold a valid driving licence for at least two years and present a national ID or passport at pick-up.
2. Deposit and payment
A refundable security deposit is taken at pick-up. Rental fees are payable in advance unless agreed otherwise in writing.
3. Fuel, mileage and damage
Vehicles are handed over with a full tank and must be returned the same way. Damage must be reported immediately. Renters are responsible for damage caused by misuse, negligence or traffic offences.

5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda.
